Business Development Manager

Hatch is delighted to be partnering with our client in the search for 2 Business Development Managers to join this law firm. The roles will align with 2 separate divisions of the firm, focussing on personal advisory and business advisory respectively.

These are great positions for experienced Business Development Managers to push forwards with a firm which offers them accountability and ownership for the growth and development of the practice groups under their division. The role will look at all elements of the BD position as well as offering something new in their commercial responsibilities.

The firm is embracing flexibility in the work place after adapting swiftly to the challenges presented by the pandemic. Already offering agile working, flexible working around only being in the office when you need to be is becoming the new normal. Travel to various different offices around the country will be required as necessary though.

To be successful you will need to have a proven track record as a BD Manager for a professional services firm who can demonstrate how they can apply their skills to the particular practice groups, division and challenges thrown up by these roles.
