An exciting and newly created opportunity has become available for an experienced Marketing Manager to join a reputable and growing marketing team for a Top 10 Accountancy Firm. Job Role Work closely with the business sector leaders to develop the strategy and implement plans for the four sector groups, across all service lines at Mazars UK. Implement relevant global initiatives in the UK, liaising with sector colleagues at group level to ensure messaging and campaigns are cascaded and implemented appropriately for the UK market. Co-ordinate both digital and off-line campaigns, thought leadership, events and other profile raising initiatives. Maintain and manage digital assets and go-to-market materials for each sector team, including client credentials, capability statements, marketing publications, videos. Develop and manage a content calendar and digital presence, including oversight and management of the webpages, for the four key sectors. Track trends, opportunities and competitor activity in each industry group and take market intelligence and opportunities to the partners. Provide the interface between sector teams and the CRM system to ensure relevant data is kept up to date. Engage with all stakeholders on a regular basis, providing reports and monitoring progress quarterly, including regular engagement with priority account teams. Provide admin support for internal sector teams – manage Team channels, monitor membership to ensure represenation across service lines and organise regular meetings. Develop good working relationships with other marketing managers, group sector colleagues and the Global Head of Sector Marketing. Person Specification Experience in a professional services marketing environment is essential. An understanding of accounting firm service lines is an advantage. Ability to translate research and data into user-friendly market intelligence for the client-facing teams. Strong knowledge of social & digital marketing including website content development. Confidence and an ability to work with partners and senior staff. Degree and Chartered Institute of Marketing diploma are strongly preferred. Knowledge of one or more of our target sectors is preferable but not essential. Excellent project management skills with an ability to work unsupervised. Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills. Flexibility and tenacity.
