In one of the leading legal firms in the world, this is a rare and very interesting opportunity for a creative and collaborative social media specialist to join a dynamic and talented global marketing team.

Reporting to the Head of Brand and Marketing, the role holder will work in a fast-paced environment as part of an integrated marketing and BD team and alongside Partners and Senior Associates. The Social Media Manager will need to be up-to-date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends and have a clear understanding of the different audiences across each social platform and how best to engage with them through organic and paid for social activity. Working closely with key stakeholders across PR, digital and marketing across the firm, you will be responsible for managing all of the firm's social channels. You will create compelling social content that aligns to the firm's strategic priorities, elevates their social feeds and tells the story of the brand in an engaging and inspiring way whilst adhering to brand guidelines and tone of voice. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving employee engagement with social activity, promoting use of the firm's advocacy platform and sharing metrics to demonstrate successes and help employees develop these behaviours as a natural part of their day to day role. Acting as a champion and consultant for social media and the firms social activity, you will also be tasked with running training sessions to upskill partners and other fee earners in the use of social media to promote themselves and their practices.

This is a highly successful environment and you will therefore require a strong academic record or equivalent allied to proven professional services experience running all aspects of social campaigns from planning and creative development through to analysis and reporting. It is essential that candidates are passionate about social media and technology and are natural storytellers with a talent for creative writing. A self-starter who is happy to work autonomously as well as part of a large marketing team, the Social Media Manager will also enjoy working with a variety of stakeholders while remaining open-minded and adaptable.
