One of the largest professional services firms in the world requires an experienced Senior Sales Manager with strong relationship skills to lead an EMEA Guidewire Alliance.

The firm's Alliances team forms part of its Sales Capability, within the central Sales & Marketing function. Sat amongst a team of high performing and established sales leaders, the role holder will be integral to the performance of the team. This is an incredibly exciting opportunity for the right candidate to spearhead a successful EMEA alliance with huge potential for growth. The successful candidate will have overall responsibility for the growth of the alliance and all related metrics, including wins and pipeline, performance and budget. You will lead the alliance with the responsibility to manage, maintain and grow the relationship with strategic intent and to focus on market penetration, revenue growth and solution identification. The Senior Sales Manager will provide direction and oversight of the alliance, working closely with the Global, UK and EMEA Alliance Partners. Your focus will be to drive activity in the UK, Germany, Switzerland, France, Italy, Spain, Nordics, Ireland & Portugal. Extensive travel throughout these territories will be essential, with approximately 25% of the successful candidate's time spent travelling across EMEA.

The Senior Sales Manager will be of graduate calibre or equivalent with demonstrable experience in a Sales or BD focused relationship role, to include technology sales, and outstanding relationship management skills. Substantial experience of go to market and sales campaigns for Guidewire or the Insurance sector are also highly desirable. In addition the ideal candidate will be adaptable and versatile and possess high levels of commercial acumen and excellent presentation skills
