Business Development Manager
New role for London - a Business Development Manager position with a law firm with ambitious growth plans. This is a new position which will allow individuals to really create their own value.
The role is a regional geographical position so covers a range of sectors. You will act as the "internal (and on occasion external) influencer" with Partners to help them achieve the growth and development of their business and clients. You will work closely with the partnership in London to identify the core markets and target clients, and you will create a strategy to engage with these clients, whether directly or through various marketing channels open to you. You will identify the existing key clients and again work closely with the partners to build a development plan to ensure you are maximising the potential gain from these businesses.
This role could suit someone looking to broaden their experience from focusing on a single sector to a wider remit, or someone looking to take the step up from Senior Executive into a Manager position. Key attributes include the gravitas to influence and the commercial nous to drive growth. You would need to have professional services experience, ideally with a law firm, and credible experience in Marketing and Business Development.
