Further, this role is responsible for engaging additional, specialist freelance support when necessary.

► Keep internal clients informed of progress and estimated delivery dates on their digital and design projects. Be an advisor to the firm on the capabilities and responsibilities of the digital and design team, and to advise the firm on capacity and estimated turnaround times.

► Actively promote and police best practice for content publishing on the website and social media posting, providing regular training and support to PAs and Business Development professionals on how to use our website content management system and on how to post content on social media.

► Provide management reports to the Head of Marketing on the design and digital work being delivered for the firm, including recommendations to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our digital and design processes.
