Day to day you will:
– Build relationships and improve collaboration across teams to share successes and identify new business opportunities.
– Develop and implement best-practice solutions in order to deliver world-class client care.
– Own the relationship with your key accounts, being the main point of contact for managing communications and maintaining excellent service.
