A key opportunity in a professional services firm for a Marketing Manager to join the team.
The firm is a highly successful organisation going through a period of change. They are looking to embed a change of approach to marketing to drive the actions required for the growth they want to see over the coming years. In order to do this they need to bring a full mix marketing manager who has a wealth of experience across digital and off line marketing and communications who can deliver on the strategy and vision created by the Head of Marketing and the Senior Leadership team.
This is a tactical role and requires a Marketing Manager who is very hands on and keen to get involved. You will be responsible for campaign management, using mailchimp, website development, social media engagement and a wide variety of other areas. You must have a proactive approach to marketing and by prepared to engage with and get the buy in back from your internal stakeholders. With a large group of white collar internal stakeholders, this element of your softer skill set - influence, relationship development and a pro active approach are key to the role.
The company is at an exciting period in it's development, doing very well but with clear targets for growth over the next few years, with Marketing being a central to that growth. This role is absolutely key and it's a really exciting time to join. You will work alongside a high tempo Head of Marketing who will invest heavily in your development and skill set.
