This is a fantastic opportunity for a bright, experienced and ambitious CRM Executive looking for a move up to the next level, to join a hugely entrepreneurial law firm and to become an integral part of the marketing and business development team as CRM Manager.

The role holder will be responsible for all things related to the firm's CRM system, InterAction, and will be the first port of call on all CRM matters. The main focus of the role will be around database management, data reporting, and ongoing development of the database and related projects. The CRM Manager will need to ensure that the data held on InterAction is accurately maintained and meets strict data standards. In addition, you will be involved in supporting the marketing and business development team on wider marketing initiatives including collating mailing lists for events and logging responses and compiling eBulletins and eInvites.

This role would suit a bright graduate or equivalent with previous experience using a CRM database, ideally InterAction, preferably gained in the legal or professional services sector. The CRM Manager will be tenacious and energetic self-starter with strong project management skills and excellent attention to detail. The ability to liaise directly at partner level is essential.
