Graphic Designer/Artworker | Professional Services | London
My client is a high profile professional services firm with an international presence and national network of offices. They are looking to recruit a Graphic designer to assist in the production of high quality and creative print and digital marketing materials that enhance the firm's corporate and employer brand. It is a creative position that supports marketing propositions, ideas and products which strengthen the market position of the firm. It assists Marketing Communications and the broader Business Development department with operational activities such as the design and implementation of marketing communications materials related to events, newsletters, pursuits documents, advertising and other administrative activities.
The role works with the Design Advisor in contributing to the continued evolution of the brand's visual identity, keeping it fresh, contemporary and reflective of the growing firm. It will assist in acting as a guardian of the firm's visual identity, ensuring correct branding and in-house style, including applying guidelines for its consistent application across all publications, advertisements and marketing collateral produced inside and outside of the firm.

Key responsibilities:
-Assist the Design Advisor, in their management of all branded communications, by helping to ensure that they are of the highest quality, adequately reflect the quality of the firm to clients
-Assist the marketing team with the art-working of printed literature, digital content, reports & presentations and promotional items, all within the parameters of brand guidelines.
-Help to further develop and expand the team's digital design capability, to include the creation of social media adverts, online banners, interactive pdfs and graphics etc, and digital assets for use on the corporate website.
-Have shared responsibility (with the Digital Assistant) for coordinating in-house video content creation - organising and executing thought leadership video filming, production and editing, to produce quality video content.
-Responsible for maintaining the firm's photographic image library, including the processing of imagery

-Assist in the management of the design and development of templates where required, and update pre-designed templates through to finished print-ready artwork.
-Help manage, and take responsibility for maintaining, the firm's brand 'hub' to house all brand assets and guidance on the firm's brand, its visual identity and how it is applied.
-Help source, design and create images and graphics that contribute to, or enhance the firm's brand
-Assist on professional photographic and video shoots as required.

Experience required:
*Design/artworking qualification
*Relevant work experience within the creative industry in a design or creative artworker role
*Strong working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and Acrobat Professional
*A keen interest in all things digital, and experience designing for digital output and application.
*Experience using other creative (MS Visio, MS Publisher etc) and presentation (Prezi, Presentia etc) software advantageous.
*Excellent IT skills in the MS Office environment, including the ability to use Word and PowerPoint to a high level.
*Good print/production knowledge.
*Professional services or financial services experience is preferred.
*An interest in photography and videography.
*Video production and editing skills, utilising software such as Adobe Premiere, highly advantageous.
