A leading legal firm is seeking a strategic and hands-on Senior Marketing Manager to join their busy in-house London marketing team with responsibility for the operational delivery of the firms marketing channels.

This role is central to the success of the Marketing team. As well as holding line management responsibility across Digital, Design, CRM and Marcoms teams, you will also deputise for the Head of Marketing at internal business development and operational meetings. Working proactively to raise the profile of the marketing team in the UK and international firm, you will cultivate best-in-class integrated marketing strategies in conjunction with business groups which are aligned to the firm's strategic goals and that add value to clients and targets and work with all team members to improve the quality of marketing so that the service to the business is value-added and the impact of the firm's marketing is enhanced. The Senior Marketing Manager will be responsible for hands on management of large firm-wide campaigns and oversee those implemented by other members of the marketing team, ensuring they are compelling, creative and highly targeted across the most effective channels. You will work with the digital and PR teams to develop a strong creative and content driven digital strategy to increase brand awareness and drive engagement specifically through social media, email marketing and content. The successful applicant will support the Head of Marketing in the development of the firm's international brand refresh and oversee the firm's refreshed Alumni strategy. You will also be tasked with ensuring the CRM database and bolt-on tools are proactively managed and used across the firm to its full potential to support client relationships and business development strategies.

The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic team player who possesses strong marketing skills and creative flair. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a proven track record of delivering high quality, integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels including email, social, digital, events and print. Self-motivated and organised, the Senior Marketing Manager will possess excellent communication and listening skills and the ability to interact with people at all levels in a diplomatic and persuasive manner. Previous line management experience is essential and proven understanding of the professional services sector is highly desirable.
