BD Executive - Dynamic Mid-Tier Accountancy Firm
A talented Business Development Executive is needed to provide support to four fast paced sector and service groups (Property, Outsourcing, Fintech, and Financial Advisory). You will work as part of a wider BD and Marketing team consisting of sector specialists and a central marketing function, managing a range of activities, events and campaigns, reporting on ROI and brining new ideas to the table. You will need to be highly organised and an effective communicator.
You will support business development efforts and partners in converting leads to new business/pipeline management, and in addition, will be responsible for managing all aspects of business development and regular events, manage the production of marketing content, report on progress with the sector BD and Marketing plan, liaise with trade bodies to develop ideas around joint initiatives and work with other members of practice development to provide a coordinated approach and share best practice and innovation. You will manage the sector databases through the CRM system, produce new and lost business and pipeline reports for the sector, use social media to help build and maintain relationships with prospects and provide targeted lists for e-marketing and event invites. Where necessary, you'll assist partners with proposal production, and the PD Manager in supporting partners involved in new business pitches and assist with key practice development projects as required.
