Digital Marketing Manager
We have enjoyed significant success in recent years. This has set the foundation to grow the firm even further and take us to another level within the market. In order to achieve these ambitious goals we are heavily investing into our Client Development (Marketing & Business Development) team and are excited to release six new roles to transform our approach and ensure our capability delivers on our commercial goals.
One area of significant investment is within our digital footprint. In particular our corporate website needs to be innovative and fit for purpose, generating leads across core sectors and converting key targets. We do not want to copy other law firms; we want to go to market with creative and effective campaigns utilising a range of digital mediums. Our Digital Marketing manager will be central to transforming our routes to market, devising innovative digital campaigns with a clear ROI which convert leads/key targets to long standing clients.

What you'll do
As our Digital Marketing Manager you will devise and deliver our digital internal and external strategy. You will lead and shape the rebuild of our corporate website and be central to creating integrated marketing campaigns which help us achieve our ambitious commercial goals. This is a newly created role and you will be given full scope to implement your approach which best suits our needs
As a large part of this role is project related we are able to consider it on a permanent or interim basis.
What we need
This will be a challenging and demanding role, working to tight deadlines and supporting highly valued clients. In order to be successful you will demonstrate the following:
- A successful track record within digital marketing from a B2B environment. Prior legal experience is not essential, however, you must be able to quickly understand the industry in order to deliver an effective service.
- Innovative. You will be able to continuously improve our process, driving efficiencies and creating new approaches which meet our commercial goals.
- Prior website design and implementation experience is essential. You will also have digital campaign experience, with demonstrable ROI on prior campaigns.
- Outstanding stakeholder management skills. You will be working very closely with partners throughout the firm to understand their commercials needs and you will support them to deliver on their business plans
