This is a truly exciting opportunity to transform our whole approach to bids/capture management. We need a genuine strategic lead to re-write how we manage bids and tenders to ensure our ambitious growth plans are achieved. You will be given the autonomy and support to devise and implement the most effective and efficient process possible.

What you'll do
As our Capture Manager you will create innovative capture plans and bid strategies and lead the project management and writing of bids and tenders. This is a newly created role and you will devise how these are delivered. You will measure your service on the success of our clients; proposals must meet and support their needs. You will ensure you provide a premium service to your internal client base and add value at every stage.
What we need
This will be a challenging and demanding role, working to tight deadlines and supporting highly valued clients. In order to be successful you will demonstrate the following:
- A highly successful track record of bids experience within a commercial environment. You do not nee9d prior legal experience as we are not looking to copy other law firms' approaches, but you will be able to create robust and effective processes.
- Innovative. You will be able to continuously improve our process, driving efficiencies and creating new approaches which meet our and our clients' commercial goals.
- Excellent strategic and commercial awareness. You will be adept at understanding competitors with the ability to develop creative, viable and profitable offers.
- Outstanding project management and communication skills.
