CRM Database Co-ordinator - Professional Services
My client is a high profile Professional Services firm with a number of national and international offices. They have an ambitious growth plan and as part of this growth are looking to recruit an exceptional CRM Database co-ordinator. Your role will be to ensure the accuracy and level of information provided by the CRM database and drive forward the accuracy of the CRM system and promote its use to the wider firm

Main Duties will involve:
1. Maintaining and cleansing the Business Development related information held on the external Website and Intranet and ensuring all information relating to the Firm is up to date and accurate.
2. Maintaining and cleansing the CRM database by running periodic housekeeping searches to identify duplications and missing information. This will involve understanding Database logic and structure
3. Identify trends in client data and liaise with Marketing to interpret results
4. Take responsibility for CRM training and obtaining buy in from key partners across the firm
5. To analyse and research how the firms uses data and how this feeds into Business Development and the Bids process
6. To assist the Marketing Managers in supporting the Practice / Sector Groups in the delivery of their marketing plans in line with the CRM system.
7. To support the delivery of marketing activity across all territories as required

The successful candidate will have a background in CRM and Database Marketing techniques. You will have a real passion for data, amazing attention to detail, be focussed, have logical thinking, be able to dissect data and have an analytical mind. An exposure to Professional Services/Corporate B2B is preferred.
