Senior Bid Manager
This impressive professional services firm is looking for a Senior Bid Manager to join the team. This strategic team is looking to grow and take the market by storm and a huge part of this will be growing the team. The Bid Manager will oversee the bid cycle for all priority pitches and tenders; including opportunity qualification, bid/no bid assessment, pitch production, partner coaching and presentation preparation. The role will also be responsible for success analysis and identifying opportunities for process improvement. Complete end to end bids experience is a prerequisite.
Extensive stakeholder management is key for this role as is the ability to be a clear and concise communicator. This role offers a lot of potential and will be a really exciting and liberating challenge for the right person. You will be managing very high-level bids so experience in bids around the half a million mark is vital as is the confidence to be able to challenge both internal and external stakeholders.
The successful applicant will hold significant experience in managing high value and complex bids, ideally within a classic professional services environment. A strategic project manager, you will have exceptional writing skills and a highly creative and innovative approach.
