One of the largest professional services firms in the world is looking for a Senior Marketing Manager on a 9 to 12 month fixed term contract basis, to join its Campaigns team which is responsible for creating, delivering and evaluating commercially focused marketing campaigns aligned to the firm's strategic growth priorities.

Reporting to the Head of Campaigns, you will be responsible for developing the ongoing and evolving strategy for Intelligent Digital and overseeing the implementation of this strategy, ensuring activity is aligned to core campaign objectives as well as the firm's strategic growth priorities. The Senior Marketing Manager will be required to be close to the markets and ensure that campaigns are effectively penetrating into the firm's priority accounts and other defined audience segments. Supporting the Head of Campaigns in capturing best practice and learning insights from campaign activity that can then be shared through the capability line, you will be responsible for the campaign budget, ensuring that all time and costs are directed in the most effective way, and will oversee the measurement of all campaign activity including capturing, analysing and developing recommendations based on multiple data sets. The role will require day-to day-line management of the Intelligent Digital team, made up of a marketing manager, marketing executive and two business placement students. The role will also require close collaboration with multiple other teams including BD, Marketing and the Client Relationship Programmes team to ensure synergies with key audiences are identified and realised.

The Senior Marketing Manager must have a proven track record in the provision of B2B or B2C multi-channel marketing campaigns and ideally account based marketing. Previous experience of using customer journey mapping to design, develop and adapt marketing activities or campaigns and strong experience of creating campaign strategies that have delivered commercial value are also essential. The role will require somebody to be confident with strategy development, audience segmentation, customer journey mapping, channel and content management, budget management, analytics and ROI measurement, whilst a strong aptitude for digital marketing and the experience of using this creatively, would be a distinct advantage.
