Marketing Co-ordinator (9 Month FTC) - Global Consultancy Firm
This leading management consultancy firm's London Marketing team's goal is to promote their brand in the UK, support sectors to establish themselves as experts in their respective fields and to support Partners and Managers as they develop and build relationships with their target clients. The Marketing Coordinator (9 month FTC) will play an integral role in this team, supporting delivering premium and differentiated events, running the alumni programme for over 1000 UK-based alums and providing on priority campaigns.
The role holder will work with the Marketing Manager to create an annual programme of premium brand, sector and alumni events that work to maximise relationships with target clients and alums, increase brand exposure and maximise ROI. You will lead on the execution of large corporate events, acting as the point of contact for stakeholders, creating event blueprints, itineraries, guest profiles, table plans, merchandise and all other required event documentation. Working with stakeholders, you will to coordinate guest lists, execute the invitation process and organise and execute logistics for all corporate and alumni events and manage the end-to-end annual corporate hospitality programme. You will regularly monitor and report event KPIs to the Marketing team, and wider stakeholders. The Marketing Coordinator will also be tasked with supporting the Marketing Manager in administering the alumni programme for London, including producing alumni programme materials, monitoring and reporting alumni feedback, acting as the alumni point of contact for the leadership team and alums, and end to end event execution. Working with the Marketing Assistant, you will maintain accurate contact data for all alums within the UK ensuring that they receive relevant alumni mailings and invitations. In addition, the successful candidate will provide the Marketing team with ad hoc support on priority campaigns when necessary during workload peaks, including the development of social media content and maintenance of campaign website content and lead in the development and execution of the monthly internal marketing newsletter and coordinate the broadcast of external client mailings.

It is essential that candidates are computer literate and have previous marketing or events experience within a corporate or professional environment.
