Bid Manager (12 month FTC)

In this Bid Manager role you will work in the central bid function on the biggest most important bids and pitches. The role is initially a 12 month contract but this is likely to be extended or made permanent as the business development function is actively expanding. The role will involve:
- End-to-end bid management from go/no-go through to pitch presentation coaching;
- Drafting win themes;
- Playing an advisory role to partners;
- Improving bid process;
- Improving boiler plate and standard text to create efficiencies;
- Monitor win rates.
You will have significant experience of bid and proposal management ideally within the professional services sector and be available immediately. You will have the gravitas to influence and persuade partners as well as exceptional writing skills.
