A Bid Coordinator is required by a top 100 Law firm based in Leeds.
This role is an end to end bid role with full exposure to a wide range of bids and tenders to service from end to end. You will support Go/NoGo decision making, develop the bid content, contribute to the growth and development of the bid library and follow up on the success or not of the finished job. You will liaise with and influence the decision making of the partnership within the firm to ensure that the bids are completed on time with high calibre content contribution to the technical detail coming from the partners and associates. This role will sit within the wider marketing function and you will work closely with your colleagues to ensure the best bids are designed to fit the briefs provided. There will be occasions where you will support your wider marketing team colleagues with other work as well.
In order to be successful at application then you will be able to demonstrate a proven track record with running end to end bids, running multiple bids at once, with values ranging up to £5m+, with multiple stakeholders and be able to push back with regards to priority and contribution from the senior stakeholders involved.
