THE ROLE OF MARKETING MANAGER:
Work with the marketing team to plan and deliver acquisition and retention campaigns across multiple channels and audiences.
Continually test, measuring and report campaign and programme performance and effectiveness and continually evolve actions.
Analyse data to create segmented approach to drive engagement across multiple audiences and product/solution categories
Creating relevant messaging across a range of vertical markets
Facilitate the development of multi-channel content and thought leadership programmes – case studies, blogs, guides, research, webinars, video and events
Help the conversion of demand through the sales process working with Digital team members to provide innovative content and tools.
Managing, overseeing and creating effective events
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE FOR MARKETING MANAGER:
Excellent writing and proofing skills
Natural communicator with very good presentation, written and verbal communication skills
Excellent project management skills – there are a lot of events and campaigns to oversee
Experience of CRMs (Dynamics) email delivery systems, marketing automation and content management systems
Is adaptable, enthusiastic and able to work on multiple projects simultaneously
An excellent eye for detail
