This extremely innovative and forward thinking company are looking for someone to join their team as a Bid Manager. You will be part of a small and agile team who will be able to turn their hand to every potential bid opportunity in the business. The business, in general, is extremely varied and has a lot to offer so this would be an exciting opportunity to grow and be part of a great and friendly team. A key part of your role will be managing senior stakeholders and coaching them whilst also working on bids from end to end.
This is not a pure bid writing and creation role but also one that looks at emerging trends within the industry, whilst also honing in on the client's needs and business issues. A reactive aspect of the role is also then creating a bid that reflects the conversations you have had with the clients. Cost management and ensuring it is financially viable is a huge part of this role, as well as challenging the Senior Bids team and senior stakeholders from time to time on their approach.
