Senior Key Account Manager
Senior Key Account Manager for a modern, progressive international law firm. This role will look after the TMT sector’s most strategic clients for the firm, including some leading brands.
As Senior Key Account Manager, you will manage a small portfolio of accounts. This will involve ensuring all sector marketing activity is aligned to strategy across clients, markets, products & services. You will challenge traditional marketing techniques and embrace technology and cutting-edge approaches to drive connectivity with these highly important clients. Working closely with the partners, you will have oversight of key account plans, KPIs, relationships, client feedback, managing conflicts and ensuring the firm is constantly growing revenue and relationships globally and across practice groups. You will also line manage a small team.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership and coaching skills. Extensive experience in a client facing environment is a must, alongside evidence of driving significant change in a partnership through well-developed diplomacy, listening and influencing skills.
