Our client is a worldwide consultancy looking for a part-time Business Development Administrator to join their team.

THE ROLE OF BUSINESS ADMINISTRATOR:

Manage bid delivery programme under the direction of project bid directors and bid managers.

Compile proposals for new projects under the direction of the project bid directors and bid managers. This includes layout, proofreading and modification to text and graphics.

Collate, prepare and keep up to date sources of standard bid documentation, e.g. CVs and project sheets.
Develop a marketing plan for the promotion of live and recently completed projects

Manage preparation of presentations, press releases and content generation for business development news, intranet, brochures, etc.

Organise internal and external events for the business development team.

Propose and submit awards nominations.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE FOR THE ROLE OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT ADMINISTRATOR:

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Ability to prioritise and manage multiple ongoing activities with a degree of autonomy

Strong communication, reporting and organisational skills

Pro-active personality, highly motivated and willing to take on new challenges

Strong writing and proofreading skills with excellent attention to detail

Team player with good listening and interpersonal skills
