Events Manager

We have a fantastic opportunity for an Events Manager with a growing mid-tier legal firm in Leeds city centre. Working with stakeholders throughout the business, this role will focus on managing events ranging from breakfast meetings and seminars to large events with hundreds of attendees.

The Role:
·Solely responsible for a busy events calendar of over 100 events per annum. Events ranging from large conferences for 200 guests to smaller bespoke training programs.
·Work closely with the marketing team and fee earners to manage any events requirements for the firm
·Responsible for the marketing events budget and ensuring that the best possible prices are negotiated with external suppliers.
·Develop a central events calendar that all staff can access and view in order to best utilise their networking and personal development time.
·Regularly assist the rest of the marketing team with ad-hoc projects and tasks including CRM Management, proof reading, copywriting, print design and website maintenance.


The Person:
·Experience in events management is essential
·Great communication skills
