This mid-sized law firm is looking for an experienced commercial litigation and dispute resolution business development specialist to join their business development team, looking after all marketing and business development activities for the commercial disputes practice in the UK. The role will suit an experienced business development manager looking for a full mix role and opportunity to make an impact at a strategic level.

With line management responsibilities for one direct report, the role will see you business planning for the commercial disputes practice, developing the value proposition, building the brand and reputation in the external market, and working closely with partners in the group to coach and develop their business development capabilities. On the key account management side, you will work with the firm's head of client development to shape and implement CRM best practice.
