Internal Communications Manager - Leading Global law Firm
Based in a central marketing communications team of one of the largest global law firms, this is a great role for an internal communications specialist to drive innovation in strategic internal communications for this award winning firm.
In this role the successful candidate will be working closely with the Marketing and Communications team, the wider Marketing & Business Development department, European and Global marketing colleagues, the Management Committee and a number of Partners across the Firm. The Internal Communications Manager will play a key role in leading the development and implementation of internal communications and marketing objectives by communicating the firm's strategic focus and increasing engagement and cross-selling within the firm. Responsibilities will include leading all London office internal communications activities and project management of and responsibility for certain marketing initiatives. Using creative communication techniques the job holder will drive, develop and implement an internal communications strategy across all stakeholders that fits into the business strategy and represents the brand values of the firm.
The successful applicant will need to have a strong academic record allied to proven internal communications experience at a manager level gained in another international law or professional services or business to business firm. The ability to influence and gain respect from the partnership straight away is essential as you will be dealing on a day to day basis with the most senior members of the firm.
